Sometimes I really wonder what drives those “famous” bloggers to write just about anything, everyday… It took me a long time to even start this blog, and I can hardly come up with decent length post. Looking at a few previous posts, I’ve never keep up my promise of filling up what’s left empty “at that moment”. The thought of writing essays just turns me off, and the fact that I have to source all necessary photos/images from Photobucket just makes me lazier!

Anyway, I shall make this a miscellaneous entry, with some random pictures and random thoughts…nothing enjoy…

Afterthought:
I think I’m having this blog just for the sake of having it, a RARE sign of kiasuism in me…

For those who doesn’t know, Uncle Bill has passed away peacefully on 2/22. With his unique sleepy eyes, he’s acted in numerous Hong Kong movies and drama series, among them is 富贵家庭 (Happy Family), with Lydia Sum; and 警察故事系列 (Police Story series), with Jacky Chan.

He was also a famous horse-racing commentator, with the famous quote “我是骠叔，你不是，我讲马、你要听” (I’m Uncle Bill, not you; so listen to me on horse-racing comments).

Rest in Peace.

It’s a little late for me to post about this, but for those who’s still excited about MacBook Pro & iMac Duo Core – here we go again!

Theme: Fun (!?)

My guesses:

1. Apple 30th Anniversary limited edition product i.e. iMac, iPod.
2. Airport Express with video streaming (yay!)
3. New feature in iTMS
4. New fun apps like similar to FrontRow and PhotoBooth, or
5. FrontRow and PhotoBooth themselves with new features.
6. Mac Mini with brand new design… er…

Can’t think of any other “FUN” element in Apple’s product line ups… thinking along the Pro hardwares just don’t fit into the category of “Fun”. Till then, we shall wait…

China Officials have banned the screening of Hollywood Blockbuster – Memoirs of A Geisha, a change of decision after its approval in November 2005. The reason? To avoid sensitive provocation against the anti-japanese sentiment… WHAT THE…?!

To the Anti-Japs – Get a Life!

Let’s not go into the history, we all know that it’s the past and YES it shouldn’t be forgotten, but it SHOULDN’T be repeated again! It’s been almost 60 years, even the new born babies in 1937 Nanjing Massacre are now 60 year old…

Why pick a fight now when back then you guys were the weaklings thanks to Opium and deteriorating Dynasty?

The short-dicked Japs wouldn’t have stood a bloody chance if you kept an open mind to the world and kept up the development of Chinese Civilisation, so what’s with the close minded stereotyping of Japanese now?

It’s the Japanese Government and Policy that stepped on your tail, not their culture, neither their general public – there are regretful VETERAN/OLD soldiers who make it a point every year to pay an apologetic visit to the War Memorial Site in China/HK (not sure what’s it exactly called), do you still wanna kick their old ass now?

In midst of global outcry for World Peace, just what the fuck are you guys doing? Being patriotic to a country doesn’t mean you should take pre-emptive action against old enemies like US did; just stay put and defend your homeland – at least that’s my take of Patriotism.

After all these being said, THIS IS JUST A MOVIE. Besides, don’t forget while you’re upholding your so called Nationalism, the actors have their professionalism to uphold too. There is no single scene that insults Chinese by the way – she’s just ACTING, as a Geisha and ONLY Geisha.

Man I’m tired of typing…

Just go grab a pirated DVD for RMB7, and throw it away if you’re worried of being accused for betrayal :p
